The UKCAE Pathway

UKCAE required a framework for content and delivery of its equality advisory and solutions service.

Threshold Initiative designed and delivered a unique 3-step online framework, The Pathway, for delivery of a business solution, and:

determined the core framework of Commitment / Assessment / Measurement of achievement and change;
wrote the specification leading to bespoke online template-driven Pathway and Library databases;
project-managed tender, build, testing and delivery of the IT framework;
assigned the IP for concept and technical delivery of The Pathway to Threshold Initiative;
managed transfer of IP for equality advisory content to UKCAE;
completed creation and delivery of the UKCAE Pathway as an equality framework;
operated under license fee for use by UKCAE and other third-party users; and
researched and delivered a keyword-based Members Library linked to the UKCAE Pathway.
