Threshold Initiative is the support company to the United Kingdom Council for Access and Equality. UKCAE, a not-for-profit membership body, was formed from within the private sector to provide a framework that will help business understand and fulfil its obligations under current equality legislation.
UKCAE's 3-Step Pathway helps provide an awareness, understanding and knowledge of diversity and inclusion that may assist any organisation in adopting procedures and implementing systems that will promote and enhance diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
UKCAE appointed a Support Company to manage and outsource all non-core operations, which leaves it free to concentrate on the development of the Pathway through a cross community consultative process.
