Equality training courses
UKCAE incorporated compulsory learning requirements for its membership into the UKCAE Pathway
Threshold Initiative identified and addressed gaps in current equality training against these UKCAE learning requirements, and through collaborating with training providers has:
- developed online training courses for Steps 1 and 2 of the UKCAE Pathway in 50/50 revenue partnership with the training provider; resulting in
- Threshold Initiative website becoming a one-stop portal for online equality training creating:
- alliances and re-seller status with training providers; and
- alliances with other portals and organisations ~ HRReview, CIPD, FPB, AESP.
