Threshold Initiative provides Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Business Transformation Outsourcing (BTO) services exclusively to the Third Sector. There are a number of ways of defining the Third Sector, but for Threshold Initiative it simply means charities and not~for~profit organisations.
Threshold Initiative's passion is for adding value and reducing costs, creating flexibility and agility and improving our clients' and our performance. Successfully achieving this in the Third Sector ultimately means making more cash available for the good causes at the heart of these organisations.
Threshold Initiative works with its clients to identify their strategic goals and, with them, will define which core and non core services are required in achieving these. Threshold Initiative staff have practical experience in delivering complex supply chain outsourcing solutions to large public and private sector organisations. It is this experience that allows Threshold Initiative to achieve measurable added value results for its clients in the Third Sector.
